PROACT are respected innovators and have been developing quality airway management solutions since 1995.

Our laryngoscope blade and handles are designed, manufactured and rigorously tested to ensure, as far as humanly possible, no failures will occur at any time

during the normal product lifetime. PROACT are so confident of the materials and manufacturing build quality of our laryngoscopes that we can offer a Product

Lifetime Warranty against materials and manufacturing defects, across all of our reusable ranges.

The PROACT Product Lifetime Warranty assures that in the unlikely event of a product failing due to a materials or manufacturing defect, before it has completed

a fair lifetime of use* then it will be repaired or replaced by PROACT on a free of charge basis.

Any warranty claim will be taken on its individual merits and will require the return of the goods in question to PROACT for inspection – please see the section on

Returns at the front of the catalogue for full details of how to arrange this.

The PROACT Product Lifetime Warranty gives you the assurance that low usage instruments will not unfairly fall out of a ‘Set Period’ type of warranty and that a

well kept PROACT Instrument will be covered for many years to come.

* The PROACT Product Lifetime Warranty takes into account usage rate and conditions and does not include product failure which is the result of fair wear and

tear nor that which has occurred because of improper use or handling. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims which do not comply with the conditions as

stated here.

If in doubt, we are happy to advise the best course of action to maintain and preserve the quality of your laryngoscope blades and handles. Proper care, mainte-

nance and the use of only original spare parts, accessories and bulbs will help to ensure the long life and correct performance of these products.

This warranty does not cover bulbs, reusable LEDs or fibre optic bundles. Optics are designed and tested to withstand a minimum of 300 autoclave cycles but

may show signs of degradation earlier should aggressive cleaning methods and/or lack of care also be applied to the products. Well cared for Blades and optics

for many thousands of uses.
